To provide accurate clothing sizes, personalized products, and tailored selections for our optional subscription service, we collect and process specific information about infants and children.

  • Purpose of Processing: We use this data strictly to curate appropriate inventory, send the correct size variations for orders, and personalize your shopping experience.

  • Storage and Security: Minor data is stored securely on our encrypted systems alongside your account file. We do not use this specific data for external tracking or direct behavioral profiling.

  • Contract: To deliver your purchased baby clothing, merchandise, or curated subscription boxes.

5. Your Rights and Opt-Outs

You hold specific statutory rights under UK law. You can request to access, correct, restrict, transfer, or delete your personal data (or any child profile data) at any time. 

  • Email/SMS Marketing: Click the "unsubscribe" link in any email or reply "STOP" to SMS messages to opt-out. This will not stop transaction or subscription alerts. 

  • Data Retention: We delete personal data—including minor information—upon direct request, except for business financial and tax records which we must legally store for 6 years.
